Doin’ Big Thangs…
I know… I’m sorry for that post title. #CouldIBeMoreWhite? Things have been going well with me. People that have known me for a while and have followed most of everything that I do know that I have paid my dues. I am stoked to say that after years of working in my field(s) for no pay, things are starting to come to fruition. Continue Reading —->
What Say You All?
I’m going to be doing reviews on both the new Behemoth album and the new Job For A Cowboy EP. I am putting up one this week and one next week. Which one do all of you want to see first? I will leave it up to my FB, Tumblr and Twitter peeps. What say you all?
You Want Reviews? You Got It!
I have two CD reviews coming this week, and another planned for next week. I want to know what my readers want to see? I know my podcast reviews get a few reads, and I do those to give back to the podcasting community, of which I am a proud member.
I want to know what my readers want reviewed. There are cd’s coming out on a weekly basis, and I am privileged enough to have access to advance copies of some of them. I just am not sure which CD’s people would be interested in reading reviews on. I am only one guy and couldn’t possibly review all of them, so I mainly review CD’s that I am interested in already or do reviews for local bands to help them out and get some attention to them.
Review of The Bunny The Bear’s Self-Titled Record

@thebunnythebear @thebunnytbtb
The Bunny The Bear is an experimental electronic/hardcore (I Guess?) band from Buffalo, NY. They are on Victory Records and sent me a copy of their self-titled album for a review.
The Bunny The Bear (known as TBTB for the rest of this review) is honestly the most original band I have heard since Protest the Hero or The Number 12 Looks Like You. Not to say that their musical styling is anything like those bands, just saying that it’s only every few years that something this different comes along. Being in the metal industry, I hear a lot of the same thing re-hashed and regurgitated on a regular basis. Needless to say, TBTB is a very refreshing listen.
